Textile Technology

Established in the year 1982 under the Direct Central Assistance (DCA) Programme of the Government of India with the financial assistance of Rupees Four lakhs. This wing offers testing and consultancy services for more than 100 textile units covering, Salem, Namakkal and Dharmapuri districts. Industrial samples covering a wide range of textiles in the forms of fibre, yarn or fabric is tested on a daily basis.
